We believe in fitness and we give you what you need and not what you want.
We will make 60 minutes of your day enjoyably difficult for making the other 1380 minutes of the day fantastic. You will be hustling only to make it smooth.
There are no treadmills, no machines and no mirrors. You are the machine. You will do all sorts of crazy things at our facility that make you fitter and leave you pumped. After all, a kick is all you need to have a great day and a great lifestyle.

Functional Fitness
Pull, push, row, squat, jump and more helping you in all parameters like Strength, Speed, Endurance, Power, Balance, Stamina. Expect every session to be a surprise and a fun work-out with underlying foundation of camaraderie.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu

Much like Life, a ground sport that teaches you to get out of difficult situations and attain a dominant position through various locks and chokes.

Take that frustration out on the bag and pads with punches and kicks. Walk out like a Superstar.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Throw in various martial arts and what comes out is something which leaves spectators in awe. We make it interesting with various drills that makes it fun and exhilarating.

We step out every Saturday to play the sport of fitness.
