Information overload in the world of the Internet doesn’t help either. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and develop myths and a wrong understanding of various aspects of our food.

Nutrition is one of the main aspects of health and lifestyle. After all, you are what you eat.

At Fit I AM, we have always made Fitness Fun and when it comes to Food, it should be no different. We hate the word Diet. It’s too short-term in nature. We believe fitness is a long-term approach to a good lifestyle that will help you age gracefully and boost your immune system.

Our Nut coaches are here to guide you through your health and fitness journey and help you achieve your goals (realistic) by treating you as Humans and not Robots.
